Nathan “Nat” Weaver

Nat Weaver is a native Missourian living just outside St. Louis. He started writing at a very early age, but took years to get good at it. After writing short stories for years, and thinking he’d never have what it took to write novels due to undiagnosed bipolar, he committed himself to starting the Mercedes Masterson Detective Stories series and wrote Sweet Sixteen Killer. Something he never would have been able to achieve without treatment of his mental health: a combination of medication, therapy, and more.

He is currently a stay-at-home dad to a teenager and full-time student at Southern New Hampshire University where he is majoring in English Language and Literature.
